Our Story

The Career Nova was born out of a simple yet powerful observation: thousands of talented students across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India had the ability to access top IIMs and leading B-Schools, but were held back by two major barriers — lack of reliable information and the high cost of guidance and preparation. In many cases, a student’s postal code determined their access to quality opportunities.

We set out to change that.

Founded in 2020, The Career Nova is a technology-driven education platform focused on college discovery, career guidance, and management education pathways. Our work spans the full spectrum of management education — MBA, PGDM, Executive MBA, and Online/Distance learning programs — across universities and business schools in India and abroad.
