Digital Products and Courses

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We strive to provide the best educational content and user experience. As our products are digital and grant immediate access, our refund policy is as follows.

General Policy

Unless otherwise specified for a particular product, all sales of digital courses and materials are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a course has been purchased and accessed. We encourage you to take advantage of free trials and demo content before making a purchase.

College Application Fees

All payments made for applying to colleges are strictly non-refundable. This amount is collected on behalf of the college and is transferred immediately to the respective institution to process your application. The Career Nova does not charge any additional amount or surcharge on the college application fee.

Exceptional Circumstances & Special Agreements

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A proven technical issue with our platform that prevents you from accessing course content.
  • A duplicate purchase of the same course made in error.
  • In case of any complexity in the admission process leading to a written understanding between Career Nova (henceforth "1st Party") and the person paying for the application (henceforth "2nd Party"), any full or partial refunds will only be processed based on the terms of that specific written agreement.

Important: Under no condition shall the platform fee charged by the payment gateway and the GST component charged on the said fee be refunded to the customer. In the event of a special refund agreement, only the base amount (e.g., base college fee) will be considered for the refund, excluding any transaction charges or taxes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund based on the exceptional circumstances listed above, please contact our support team at contact@thecareernova.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your purchase details and a clear explanation of the issue.
